  • Browsing data (via Google Analytics) : adresse IP anonymisée, pages consultées, durée de visite, appareil utilisé.

  • Booking data (via HBook) : nom, prénom, adresse postale, email, numéro de téléphone, dates de séjour, nombre de personnes.

  • Payment data (via Stripe) : informations bancaires nécessaires au règlement de l’acompte (gérées directement par Stripe, nous n’avons pas accès au numéro complet de carte bancaire).

3. Purposes of data collection

Data is collected for the following purposes:

  • Managing bookings and stays (rental contract).

  • Invoicing and secure payment (Stripe).

  • Communication with guests (booking confirmation, practical information).

  • Website traffic analytics (Google Analytics).

  • Compliance with legal and tax obligations.

4. Retention period

  • Browsing data (Google Analytics) : jusqu’à 14 mois maximum.

  • Booking data et facturation : conservées pendant 10 ans (obligation légale comptable et fiscale).

  • Payment data (Stripe): retained by Stripe in accordance with their policy; we do not have access to full card numbers.

5. Data sharing

Your data may only be shared with:

  • Stripe (paiement en ligne sécurisé).

  • o2switch (hébergeur du site).

  • Relevant authorities (tax and legal obligations).

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties.

6. Cookies

The site uses cookies to:

  • Gather traffic statistics (Google Analytics),

  • Remember booking preferences (HBook).
